Skills & Abilities

Screens, evaluates, and develops individualized treatment programs for residents as needed

Designs effective SLP treatment plans and goals to meet individual resident needs

Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

Applies effective problem-solving skills to support resident progress

Performs other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
-
New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
-
VitalStim certification preferred (not required)

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on resident care

Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet resident goals

Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
