Senior Biotechnologist
to lead the design, optimization, and scale-up of biologics and advanced therapy processes in a regulated biopharmaceutical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust upstream and/or downstream bioprocesses.
- Drive technology transfer into GMP manufacturing.
- Support process characterization, process validation, and regulatory filing activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.
- Apply data-driven, Quality by Design (QbD) principles to improve process performance.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver patient-focused outcomes.
- Mentor and support scientists while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Strong bioprocess development expertise across upstream and/or downstream operations.
- Experience with GMP tech transfer, validation support, and regulatory documentation.
- Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of QbD and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to mentor technical teams.
