We are seeking a reliable

Weekend RN Supervisor

to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Socorro, NM.

• Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
• Manage medication, documentation, infection control, and staffing issues in real time.
• Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends, promoting teamwork and accountability.
  
  

Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication abilities.
