We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at our skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure resident safety and quality care
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker and point of contact on weekends
  • Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Address staffing needs and operational issues promptly
  • Participate in incident follow-up and promote teamwork and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in New Mexico
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
  • Leadership, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication and independent decision-making abilities

  • Part-time, 24 hours/week with a stable weekend schedule
  • Competitive pay rate of $35-$45/hour with weekend pay differential
