- Establish patient care goals, educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Adhere to therapeutic standards, measure health outcomes, and make adjustments to optimize care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulations set by governing bodies.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practice state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
