Role:
Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements individualized care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, delegates tasks, and promotes teamwork. Participates in quality and safety initiatives, supports organizational standards, and ensures patient and family education and discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a nursing program, with a strong interest in Cardiac Nursing Care preferred. Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, troubleshoot equipment, and work collaboratively. Prior cardiac experience is a plus but not required.
