- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative nursing care
- Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery
- Monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with advanced oncology treatment practices
- Active RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience or demonstrated proficiency in acute care and surgical oncology nursing
- Compassionate communication and patient advocacy
