Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition and develop/implement nursing care plans.
- Deliver acute post-operative nursing care, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
- Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and allied staff to support treatment and recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safe and accurate care.
- Educate patients and families on post-operative needs and recovery.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
