We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join a healthcare team in Eugene, OR. This role involves managing outpatient patient care, with an average daily census of 16-18 patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, including in-office procedures. Support is provided by Medical Assistants, and the practice utilizes EMR (EPIC) and AI-powered documentation tools. The position offers a 4-day work week, with flexible full-time or part-time options, and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm.

  • Documenting patient encounters using advanced technology
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications and skills:

  • Master’s degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program
  • Unrestricted license or ability to obtain in Oregon
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of primary care or managed care experience
  • Excellent patient care, time management, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary range of $104,500 - $156,000 plus performance incentives
