Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Primary & Urgent Care)

We are hiring experienced Physician Assistants or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles in primary and urgent care settings. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, hold a valid PA or APRN license, and possess current BLS certification. The role involves patient assessments, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation, all focused on patient-centered care. Providers will join a motivated, supportive, and team-oriented clinic culture, with opportunities for leadership and growth. Clinics are located in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, and Okmulgee, with a new location opening soon in Sapulpa.
