Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school in Vermont, serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Consulting on IEPs and developing speech, language, and literacy goals
• Providing direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
• Supervising SLPAs and support staff
• Managing a small caseload within a collaborative team
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders
• ASHA certification, VT license preferred
• Experience with students with significant challenges
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license required
  
  

**Compensation & Benefits:**

• Salary between $70,000-$80,000 with a total package of $84,868-$95,412
