The role may require coverage at multiple locations and performing pre- and post-analytical tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum age of 18 and high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy program or relevant experience
- Phlebotomy certification as per state regulations
- Basic computer skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform detailed work, multi-task, problem-solve, and follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use standard precautions
- Flexibility for travel, varied hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location
