Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and oversee daily unit operations in the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and providers, providing guidance and support
- Monitor maternal-fetal status and assist with high-risk deliveries
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols to maintain safety and quality
- Mentor and support staff development and ongoing education
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes
