We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift. Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for non-surgical and surgical treatments of work-related injuries.
Qualifications include experience with work injuries, state licensure, MD or DO certification, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance.
