- Lead the shift: serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader, ensuring smooth operations, staffing, patient flow, and response to urgent events.
- Float Pool RN duties: provide high-quality nursing care across various units, collaborating with teams and adapting quickly to different patient needs.
- Leadership & Collaboration: act as a resource, mentor, and problem-solver, supporting clinical judgment and service recovery.
- Education: Nursing diploma or degree; Bachelor's preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years hospital nursing; five years preferred.
- Licensure & Certifications: Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
