Night Shift Step Down ICU RN Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity care for clinically complex patients transitioning from ICU
- Perform continuous patient assessments and manage cardiac monitoring and advanced therapies
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient status
- Lead shift coordination, prioritize admissions and discharges
- Mentor staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary team members
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in critical care or step-down units
- Strong assessment and clinical skills in high-acuity settings
- Leadership ability and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
