ER Physician — Competitive Pay with Performance Bonuses

We are seeking experienced ER Physicians for a 1099 contract role, offering competitive pay from $200/hour with performance bonuses and a $5,000/month Medical Director position.

• Provide immediate diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization for emergency patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient information accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain current knowledge of emergency medicine practices and participate in quality initiatives.
• Qualifications include MD or DO, active license, board certification, ACLS/PALS/ATLS (unless ABEM), and at least three years of ER experience post-residency.
