Patient Concierge

Our general dentistry practice in Sunset Beach, North Carolina is seeking a front office patient care coordinator to work 32-40 hours per week Monday through Thursday.

Extensive clinical experience is preferred but not required, but the ability and desire to continually learn and improve is. We are looking for a person with interesting life experiences outside of dentistry, a well-rounded individual that can communicate and interact with patients both personally and professionally. Solid communication skills both verbally and electronically are crucial to this position.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications/attributes:

Minimum one year of dental experience

Experience processing insurance claims, scheduling patients, and discussing treatment plans

Highly organized

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Dependable and honest

Outgoing and compassionate

Excellent computer skills

Works well within a team atmosphere

Positive attitude

This position includes medical insurance, dental care, paid time off, 401k plan, office bonus plan, and an hourly wage based on ability and experience.
