Job Overview

STARTING immediately after passing background check and drug test

Shifts Available are:

5 pm - 8:30 pm

OR

5:30 pm - 9:00pm

OR

6 pm - 9:30 pm

Must pass a drug test and background check

I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and reliability are requirements. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position involves performing various cleaning tasks, including floor care, sanitation, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, with an option of one night off

*September or October more hours will be available

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial properties, including dusting, bathrooms, break room, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively, including carpet cleaners and floor care tools
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards and safety protocols
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and dependability

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
