Live Oak Audio Visual has been amplifying our community through uncomplicated AV services since 1999, and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Event Production Coordinator to help bring our clients' events to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, logistics, and client service. You'll be the vital link between our sales team, production crew, and clients, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from planning through execution.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate event logistics and timelines from start to finish
- Build strong client relationships and manage communications in HubSpot
- Prepare tech briefs and production schedules for our on-site teams
- Serve as the central point of communication between Sales and Operations
- Ensure equipment, deliveries, and setup align perfectly with event requirements
