Job Summary
Responsibilities
- G-Tube, PEG feeding, Wound care, Treach-care, and other specialty of nursing. Provide crucial support, assisting with personal care, medical needs, emotional well-being, and household tasks, while also ensuring the individual's safety and advocating for their needs. Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with transferring, walking, or using mobility aids.
- keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Remind client of medications and meal prep
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nurse program.
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required & insurance
- CPR certification required.
