Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program successfully
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers by skillfully negotiating offers
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties
- Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, staging, and other essential listing services
- Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one, with free assistance available to acquire your license if needed
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional client service
- Collaborative team member
- Holds an active real estate license or eager to obtain one (we offer free assistance to get licensed)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn
- Highly organized
- Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
- Excellent at managing time efficiently
