Lead Revenue Auditor - Philadelphia

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintains the Revenue Audit department daily audits and reports.
• Reads, understands & enforces the internal controls, and can effectively relay this information to fellow Revenue Audit team members to help them perform their duties and prepare their reports in compliance with those controls.
• Can independently identify errors and troubleshoot system and paperwork problems and effectively share this information with leadership so it can be communicated to the necessary parties.
• Can demonstrate an understanding of the work to a degree that they are able to train the tasks to other individuals. Reviews and analyzes audit paperwork and reports; develops and implements recommendations for improved efficiency.
• Assists department leadership in monitoring and reviewing daily audit of the following areas including but not limited to: Cage, Slots, Jackpots/W-2Gs, Table Games, Poker, F&B, Gift Shop, Manual Comps/Adjustments, and Tax Submissions.
• Provides leadership with recommendations on staff effectiveness, planning & process improvement.
• Understands and can train others on the technology needs of the office; ensures staff is fully trained on systems, policies and procedures.
• Communicates with and represents Live Casino to external agencies, consultants and other organizations and individuals.
• Other duties as necessary. Perform various account reconciliations and maintain balance sheet records.

Must-Haves:

• Two or more years of casino experience, preferably in Revenue Audit / Income Control / Gaming Audit or Casino Accounting
• Minimum of an associate degree in accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license as mandated by the State Gaming Agency.
• Must possess adequate analytical skills to function in a highly regulated environment.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the Aristocrat systems (PitBOSS, Super-Playmate, BlackBart, Marketing Manager), Casino Insight and Aloha.
• Must be 10-key adept.
• Must be able to read, speak and effectively communicate ideas in English.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
