As the Entertainment Programmer for Sports & Social, you will be the creative force behind delivering an unforgettable, stadium-like experience for our guests. Your role is all about curating the perfect atmosphere through music, interactive entertainment, and engaging activations that keep guests energized and connected throughout their visit. You’ll design dynamic run-of-show programs for game-day experiences, operate sound and visual systems, and bring the crowd to life with contests and interactive moments. By blending technical expertise with a vibrant personality, you’ll ensure every event feels exciting, immersive, and uniquely Live!

Compensation: $30.29/hr

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Play music to create and maintain atmosphere and/or keep people engaged throughout their experience.
• Choose music to suit your audience’s taste and the venue’s music policy.
• Interacting and have a good sense of humor with the public.
• Feed off the crowd and get the crowd involved with the activities and events of the venue for entertainment value.
• May operate lighting and visual effects in time to the music/atmosphere.
• Creating a run of show for game watching experiences.
• Handling objects, microphones, cables, and other sound system products.
  
  

Skills To Help You Succeed

• Familiarity with a range of equipment such as mixers, microphones, and amplifiers.
• Have knowledge of music trends.
• Must be comfortable on the microphone for contest and guest interaction.
• Must speak English fluently, other languages preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
• Flexible work schedule.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Work experience with performing live, specifically with DJing for events/parties/nightclubs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
• Use of stairs and elevators
