Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Expediting food orders on the kitchen line.
- Monitor IRD orders and ring into the point of sale system.
- Deliver food orders accurately and timely to customers in the dining room and In-Room Dining
- Ensure that the expo line is clean, condiments are stocked and orders are correctly garnished and marked.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines.
- Ability to read and write basic instructions.
- Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- Ability to organize and be creative. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Zero (0) to six (6) month’s food service experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
- Must be able to walk extended distances during shifts.
- The team member is frequently (60%) required to stand; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and bend.
- The team member must occasionally (10%) lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to continuously walk more than (90%) of shift which may include stairs.
- 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
