Base Compensation Range
$125,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of identified projects across several vendor programs
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate internal team; consultants, management companies and internal resources
- Manage the planning and scheduling of project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to program team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present project progress, problems and solutions
- Evaluate projects and assess results
- Perform business research and analyze markets, competitors, vendors, options and costs/benefits. Use the analysis to identify efficiencies and optimal solutions.
- Present findings and makes recommendations on recommended approach and measurable value
- Oversee vendor bidding and manage relationship/implementation with chosen vendors
- Manages Program Manager, Sr Program Manager
- Other duties as assigned
- Estimated Travel: 25%
- 7 years of experience in Multi-family, real estate, business or project management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work independently with little oversight, juggle multiple priorities and manage time / multi-task to accomplish objectives of diverse project work
- Experience in resident insurance, screening and fraud solutions, and deposit management
- General project management experience – manage schedule, budgets, scope and expectation
- Vendor management
- Communications development and management
- Conflict resolution and risk management
- Works well within an entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity
- Versatile problem solver
