As we continue to expand across the country, we’re hiring a People Operations Manager to help shape how we hire, support, and grow our people.
This role is perfect for an up-and-coming HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You’ll blend hands-on HR work with strategic problem-solving—building scalable people systems while keeping the employee experience at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own key people processes across our hotel portfolio and corporate team, ensuring consistency, compliance, and culture at every step.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for hotel leadership and management roles.
- Partner with General Managers to identify staffing needs and build proactive pipelines.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that reflect LivAway’s culture and standards.
Employee Experience & Relations
- Serve as a trusted partner to hotel teams on day-to-day employee relations.
- Support performance management, engagement programs, and offboarding processes.
- Help drive retention initiatives that make LivAway a great place to work.
Compliance & Systems
- Maintain HR documentation, audits, and compliance across multiple states.
- Support investigations, reporting, and process improvements.
- Leverage HRIS and technology tools to streamline people operations as we scale.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of HR or People Operations experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (PHR/SHRM-CP a plus).

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary, full benefits (100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance), and strong PTO.
