This role focuses on delivering high-impact product outcomes that improve inspection workflows, strengthen compliance tracking, and enhance the overall user experience for fire departments and inspection companies nationwide.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to translate real-world operational needs into scalable product solutions. This is a generalist product role centered on feature delivery, workflow optimization, and continuous product improvement.

About The Role
We’re seeking a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of LIV’s Fire Prevention and Compliance Platform. This role focuses on delivering high-impact product outcomes that improve inspection workflows, strengthen compliance tracking, and enhance the overall user experience for fire departments and inspection companies nationwide.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to translate real-world operational needs into scalable product solutions. This is a generalist product role centered on feature delivery, workflow optimization, and continuous product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including feature enhancements, client requests and net-new platform functionality
- Develop an understanding of industry code standards (IFC, NFPA), fire prevention use cases, and how technology can support better compliance and reporting outcomes
- Define success metrics and track feature adoption and product performance; communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the leadership to ensure roadmap alignment with strategic priorities and customer commitments
- Demonstrated ability to take a product or feature from concept through delivery in a software or SaaS environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate priorities, trade-offs, and decisions
- A user-focused mindset, with the ability to translate real-world problems into practical, scalable solutions
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Experience working in GovTech, public sector, or other regulated environments is a plus
- Familiarity with fire prevention, inspections, compliance workflows, or municipal systems is a plus
- Exposure to AI tools for research, workflow automation, prototyping, or documentation is a plus
- Understanding SaaS architecture, including data flow and system integrations is a plus
- Experience working with tools such as GitHub or similar development environments is a plus
- Interest in building products that support public safety and community impact
