LivWell Behavioral is hiring an associate-level therapist to provide therapy to children and adolescents in school-based settings with clinical supervision and support built in.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full clinical process while working in an environment focused on mentorship and development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17)
• Manage a caseload with support from a Clinical Director and supervisor
• Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care
• Build experience with diagnosis and clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with families, schools, and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and track client progress
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Associate-level license required (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LASAC)
• Master's degree in behavioral health
• Experience (or interest) in working with children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
