This isn’t a flag planted on a map; we’ve been closing at the top of this market. Now it’s time to pour gas on it. The office is on Las Olas Boulevard, right by Del Frisco’s. Prime address. Real brand. Real momentum. What we need is the leader to take it from momentum to market presence — and that’s where you come in.
WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY IS
You run the Las Olas office. You recruit the agents, you set the culture, you grow Broward County. I hold the broker’s license and the liability — you don’t need one and never will here. You get the leadership seat without the exam, the E&O sleepless nights, or the franchise fees.
You’re not middle management reporting up a chain. You’re my partner in this market. When you call me, you get me.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THE MONEY, BECAUSE IT MATTERS
• A top split on your own production. Leading shouldn’t cost you a pay cut. Keep selling if you love it — I do.
• A retention override on every agent you recruit. Not a one-time recruiting bonus — a piece of the company dollar on your people, for as long as they stay and produce. Bring on great agents, take care of them, and you’re building genuine residual income. That’s ownership-level thinking without ownership-level risk.
