Role Description This part-time, on-site Cleaning Services Professional role is based in Lancaster, WI. The position involves performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, maintaining floors and carpets, and ensuring windows and glass surfaces are streak-free and presentable. The role requires following established checklists, using cleaning products and equipment safely, and meeting quality and time standards for each job. The Cleaning Services Professional is expected to interact courteously with clients, report issues or maintenance needs, and uphold Liv Clean, LLC’s cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Commercial Cleaning, including offices, retail, or other business facilities.
- Experience with Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, focusing on living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Ability to perform window cleaning, ensuring clear and streak-free glass surfaces.
- Knowledge of carpet care, including vacuuming, shampooing, and basic stain treatment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry equipment and supplies as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in and around Lancaster and Grant County, WI.
- Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
