About the Role

Litty Rescue Roadside Assistance is hiring dependable and motivated Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving, helping others, and working independently. You’ll assist stranded motorists by providing quick, reliable roadside services.

Responsibilities

• Change flat tires and install spares
• Jump-start dead batteries
• Unlock vehicles when keys are locked inside
• Deliver fuel to stranded drivers
• (Optional) Mount and balance tires — training provided

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Basic mechanical or automotive experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be able to lift and handle tires and tools safely
• Smartphone with GPS and messaging capability
• Professional, courteous communication with customers

Compensation

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Paid per completed call (average $40–$100 per service)
• Weekly or daily payout options available
