Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, seat them, and present menus
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, making suggestions and answering questions
- Deliver food and drinks to guests' tables promptly and correctly
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Remove used plates, clean tables, and prepare for the next guests
- Deliver checks, process payments, and handle tips
- Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive dining experience
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Help with bussing tables, restocking stations, and other duties as needed
- Previous experience as a server
- Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
