Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking to hire an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of labor & employment law experience, including substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience, to join the San Francisco office. The candidates should possess excellent academic credentials. Outstanding writing skills are required. The candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $240,000 to $280,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
