What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Little Trouble?
Location: Sparks / Reno, Nevada
Company: Little Trouble
Little Trouble is a fast-growing, design-driven kids’ lifestyle brand built for fun families. We create clothes that keep up—on bikes, in the dirt, at school, and everywhere in between.
We’re a direct-to-consumer brand scaling quickly, and we’re building a team of smart, hardworking, trustworthy people who want to be part of something great. No corporate tape—just good people, strong culture, and a team that shows up and gets it done day after day.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Sparks/Reno facility. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven—you’ll own fulfillment, team performance, systems, and growth as we scale.
You should be just as comfortable building processes from scratch as you are managing a team and hitting daily ship targets.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff (hiring, training, scheduling, performance)
- Build and optimize workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Implement and manage warehouse systems and Shopify integrations
- Coordinate with leadership on forecasting, inventory planning, and scaling operations
- Set up and launch new warehouse processes and/or additional locations as we grow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Track KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, returns, labor efficiency) and continuously improve
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years experience managing a warehouse in a fast-paced DTC/ecommerce environment
- Proven experience scaling operations and/or setting up new warehouse locations
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, fulfillment systems, and warehouse tech integrations
- Experience hiring, managing, and motivating a team
- Process-driven with a sharp eye for efficiency and detail
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where things move fast
- Strong problem-solver who takes ownership and executes
Bonus Points
- Experience with 3PL transitions or hybrid fulfillment models
- Familiarity with inventory planning tools and forecasting
- Background in apparel or consumer goods
Compensation
- $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses as the company scales
Perks & Benefits
- Health benefits
- PTO plan
- Full-time, stable role with room to grow
- Killer work environment—fully stocked snacks, coffee, drinks, and a team you’ll actually like working with
Why This Role
This is not a maintenance role—it’s a build lead role. You’ll have a direct impact on how we scale operations and deliver to our customers. If you like ownership, moving fast, and building something that actually matters, you’ll fit right in.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
