The Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to help run day-to-day operations on the floor and support the Warehouse Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, keeps things moving, and takes ownership of getting orders out fast and right.
You’ll be in it with the team—picking, packing, organizing, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Support and oversee warehouse staff during shifts
- Help train new team members and maintain performance standards
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Manage and process inbound returns, including inspection, grading, and restocking
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
- Troubleshoot issues on the floor and keep workflows moving
- Assist with implementing processes and improving efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with Customer Experience and Warehouse Manager on daily performance, order flow, issues, and trends
- Track and report on key metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, delays, returns)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment (ecommerce/DTC preferred)
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisor role strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on daily
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Reliable, accountable, and able to keep a team on track
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communicator and problem-solver
Bonus Points
- Experience with Shopify fulfillment workflows or warehouse systems
- Experience in apparel or consumer goods
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience
Compensation
- $24 – $28 per hour (depending on experience)
