Little Tree Education is a Montessori Preschool serving children 6 weeks old to 6 years old with locations in Madbury, Dover & Newmarket New Hampshire.
Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Workers to join our team. These positions are a mix of cleaning, minor repairs and building upkeep. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that our facilities are kept in pristine condition inside and out. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and families.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all areas within the facility.
- Handle janitorial duties
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to management promptly.
- Light snow removal including shoveling, finish plowing, etc.
- Landscaping duties include mowing, shrub trimming, weeding, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow direction in a timely fashion

Pay: $20.35 - $27.76 per hour
