Job Description:
Do you love working with kids and have a passion for soccer? We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Youth Activity Instructors to join our growing team in Louisville, KY! This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy teaching young children (ages 2–7) in a fun, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist soccer sessions for children ages 2–7 (Soccer background not necessary, but this role involves active play, movement and being on your feet)
- Follow our fun, age-appropriate curriculum (PROVIDED)
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants
- Communicate with staff professionally and show up on time
- Work closely with an assistant coach at every session
What We Offer:
- Flexible daytime hours (typically between 9 AM to 5 PM)
- You create your own schedule
- Paired with another coach for support until comfortable solo
- All equipment and training provided

Qualifications:
- At least some experience working with young children (ages 2–7 preferred)
- Positive, energetic, and reliable
- Ability to pass a background check
- Soccer experience is not necessary but preferred.
- Have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (starting at $25 per hour)
