Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development using Creative Curriculum.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones. Using Birghtwheel
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons, manage behavior effectively, and uphold classroom management standards.
Requirements
Must have highschool diploma , Ged or college transcripts.
- Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments. A plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
