Position Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Director with Director I or Director II certification, proven leadership experience (1 years in a managerial role), and a strong background in early childhood education (3 years). If you're skilled at building relationships and creating a nurturing, inspiring learning environment, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:
- EEC Director I/II certification
- CDA, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- At least 1 year of management experience in an EEC-licensed program
- Expertise in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
- Passion for early childhood education and creating an inspiring learning environment
