Position Overview
Position: Preschool Director
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
The Preschool Director will oversee daily school operations, staff management, licensing compliance, curriculum implementation, family communication, and overall school success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about early childhood education.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- EEC Director II Certification
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Previous classroom teaching experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- A passion for mentoring educators and building strong school culture
