We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator License/Education Coordinator to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the licensing process for educators, ensuring all documentation and requirements are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of educational programs, workshops, and training sessions for faculty and students
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing agencies, accrediting bodies, and internal departments to maintain compliance standards
- Support faculty with curriculum development, instructional resources, and administrative tasks related to teaching assignments
- Assist students with registration processes, academic advising related to licensure requirements, and resolving administrative issues
- Maintain detailed records of licensing statuses, program participation, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with university departments to streamline administrative workflows and improve overall program delivery

- Little Sprouts Early Child Care Education is seeking a highly organized, knowledgeable, and dedicated Administrator to support our growing childcare program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Licensing & Compliance Work with ODJFS licensing documents and portals Maintain compliance with license rules, supervision requirements, ratios, and safety standards Ensure employees follow all ODJFS regulations Manage Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) documentation, rules, and forms Oversee ASQ-3 screenings and compliance Curriculum, Lesson Planning & Assessments Support teachers with Creative Curriculum Oversee weekly lesson plans Assist with assessments and screenings (ASQ-3) Ensure proper instruction in small and large groups Staff Leadership & Development Train employees Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding Provide ongoing coaching Cover classrooms to maintain ratios Program Operations Assist with Brightwheel / ProCare Support billing, attendance, communication Conduct tours Manage enrollment and waitlists Plan family events and marketing Environment & Culture Decorate classrooms and building Promote a safe, nurturing environment Ensure curriculum is implemented properly
- QUALIFICATIONS * Early Childhood Education Certificate OR Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education * Experience in childcare or administration * Strong understanding of ODJFS rules * Experience with Step Up To Quality, Creative Curriculum * Strong communication and leadership skill
