Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Qualifications
- Must have a valid Behavior Analyst License in Texas.
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
- Must have completed additional training and continuing education required to provide supervision to RBTs
- Experience working in a center-based therapy center with children is preferred
- Experience in a medical/behavioral/mental health/therapy-related organization preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Hours as agreed.
- Conduct behavior assessments to develop effective and intensive behavior intervention plans.
- Provide 1:1 contact time with the child for the recommended number of hours in implementing programs/plans as a BCBA.
- Participate in peer reviews and provide documentation as needed with management team’s approval.
- Create a research-based curriculum that is measurable and effective in teaching objectives for individuals on a weekly basis.
- Complete insurance documentation to submit to the insurance company for pre-authorization and reauthorization of services.
- Provide direct training and supervision to RBTs and behavior therapists
- Analyze data, graphs, and develop and update FBA/BIPs on an as-needed basis.
- Work with teams and children of varying functioning levels and ensure steady and stable progress is evident and observable.
- Model, coach and provide feedback regarding interactions, programs, and behavior during one-on-one and/or group parent training sessions as requested.
- Comply with all guidelines of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis, Association for Behavior Analysis International, and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients’ families, educational teams, and healthcare providers.
