What You’ll Actually Do

You won't just be "tracking data." You'll be the highlight of a child's day.

Be the Catalyst: Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention plans that help our clients navigate the world with more independence.
Play with Purpose: Use natural environment teaching (NET) to turn a session at the park or a board game into a massive breakthrough.
Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with our BCBAs who have your back. We’re here to support your career as much as our clients’ progress.
Keep it Real: Maintain high-quality, responsible documentation because our kids deserve the most accurate map of their journey.

Pay: $18 - $22/ hour depending on experience
Potential wage increases every 6 months based on your performance
22 days of paid time off : 10 accrued PTO days, 10 PAID major holidays, 2 flex days (details in handbook), and 3 Public Health Emergency days - Full Time
