What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgery Scheduling Coordinator position at LITTLE ROCK PLASTIC SURGERY P.A.?
We're a busy, growing aesthetic surgery practice looking for someone who thrives on organized chaos—the person who actually enjoys making the puzzle pieces fit.
What you'll do: You're the hub. Patients call, you get them scheduled. Surgeries need coordinating across multiple facilities, insurance needs verifying, payments need processing, and patients need assistancethroughout the day to flow through smoothly. You'll work closely with our surgical team, OR staff, and front office to make it all happen without drama.
What we're looking for:
- A people person to be part of the face of a high functioning environment
- Experience in surgical or medical scheduling preferred, but we're open to training the right person
- Someone who can juggle phones, people, and logistics without breaking a sweat
- Excellent communication—you're often the first voice patients hear
- Detail-obsessed and tech-comfortable
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- A customer service mindset—our patients are choosing us, and you're often their first impression

- $21 /hour depending on experience
- Monday–Thursday 9–5, Fridays 9–1 (yes, really)
