Lead Preschool Teacher

This role is focused on leading a classroom of children ages 3-5 years old and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, routine, and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities include:

⁃ Leading daily classroom operations for the Preschool group

⁃ Planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities

⁃ Maintaining classroom structure, routines, and transitions

⁃ Ensuring KDHE licensing requirements, ratios, and safety standards

⁃ Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers

⁃ Using positive guidance and developmentally appropriate behavior strategies

⁃ Creating a nurturing, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
