Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team. This role is vital to ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting

Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate maintenance tools and equipment safely

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems to identify and resolve maintenance needs

Respond promptly and courteously to guest service requests related to maintenance issues

Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet brand standards
