Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they lead to failure.
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in equipment and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed and equipment condition.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
