Duties

- Navigate route driving using GPS or maps, adjusting plans as needed to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction upon delivery.
- Load, secure, and transport supplies or equipment from warehouse to delivery locations, utilizing tools such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine inspection of delivery vehicles to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety regulations.
- Document deliveries accurately, including signatures and relevant details, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks related to loading/unloading orders safely.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts or pallet jacks for moving supplies when required.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices.
