Hiring 1 Full‑Time 2 Part‑Time Play Facilitators
Location: Roseville, CA
Ages Served: 0–6 years
About Us
We are a sensory‑rich, hands‑on play center designed for infants to 6‑year‑olds. We offer daily play sessions and themed workshops that encourage creativity, exploration, and early learning. Parents stay on‑site and supervise their children, while our team leads the structure, flow, and engagement of each session.
We are opening and looking for energetic, caring, and reliable team members who truly love working with young children, experience with Autistic, ADHD kids, that’s a plus!
Open Positions
1. Full‑Time Play Facilitator
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2. Part‑Time Play Facilitators (2 positions)
Schedule Options: Monday to Saturday
- Part‑Time A: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Part‑Time B: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Lead and facilitate 5–7 structured play sessions and workshops each day
- Welcome families, greet children warmly, and maintain a positive environment
- Guide children through sensory activities, crafts, music, and themed play
- Follow the class structure and daily schedule consistently
- Keep the play space clean, safe, and organized
- Support parents while they supervise their children
- Model kindness, patience, and gentle communication
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18
- Must have previous experience working with children (teacher’s aide, daycare, preschool, nannying, camp counselor, etc.)
- MUST Loves and adores children ages 0–6
- Reliable, committed, and excited to grow with our play lab
- Comfortable leading groups and following structured routines
- Warm, playful, and hands‑on
- Able to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment
- No benefits offered; hourly pay based on experience
- Experience with Autistic, ADHD and developmental delayed children
- MUST have lots of patience
- MUST Be super bubbly
- Create a welcoming, sensory‑friendly environment where ADHD, autistic, and neurodiverse kiddos feel supported, understood, and excited to play.
- Adapt activities with patience, joy, and flexibility so every child — with every learning style — can shine and fully participate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Are you comfortable sanitizing toys, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean environment after every session? Are you comfortable completing cleaning logs and monitoring bathroom cleanliness?

- Do you have experience supporting autistic, ADHD, or disabled children? Please share specific examples. Are you comfortable leading a group of 10–12 young children in structured and unstructured play every session? Keep in mind your not supervising kids they have caregivers or parents watching them
You’re just engaging with them. We will have all types of kids it will be a place where all children are welcome 0-6 years of age. We will have separate sessions for our neurodivergent kids which will be smaller sessions what’s important that you can treat them and be patient with them just like any other child.
